this year is a special year. Affected by the epidemic, after careful study and decision, the 8th Member Congress of the China Foreign Agricultural Economic Research Association and the 2020 Academic Seminar originally scheduled to be held at Anhui Agricultural University have been changed to a video conference format. Thank you for your understanding and support! In order to ensure the smooth convening of the meeting, please refer to the conference guide.

1. this meeting is divided into two places, with a main venue and a sub-venue respectively. The main venue is the member congress and the sub-venue is a parallel forum. Among them, the main venue is located in the Institute of Rural Development of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, and the branch venue is located in the School of Economics and Management of Anhui Agricultural University.

2. meetings are mainly online video, supplemented by offline on-site meetings, with local member representatives attending nearby and foreign members attending online. The duration of the session was reduced from 2 days to 1 day.

3. online conference uses Tencent conference software. Please make preparations in advance and test the use effect of the software, especially the representatives who make papers and speeches in sub-forums. For details, please refer to the Annex "Tencent Conference Operation Guide". Due to the limited number of people (300 people) in the main venue, please watch the live broadcast in the browser in case the venue cannot log in.
