The 2023 Member Congress and Academic Seminar of the China Foreign Agricultural Economic Research Association (hereinafter referred to as the "2023 Meeting") is scheduled to be held in Ningxia University (Yinchuan, Ningxia) from August 17 to 19, 2023. The conference was hosted by the China Foreign Agricultural Economic Research Association and undertaken by the School of Economics and Management of Ningxia University.

The theme of this forum, "International experience in building an agricultural power", will include the construction model of an agricultural power, the mechanism of increasing farmers' income and preventing poverty, speeding up the realization of high-level agricultural science and technology self-reliance, and international comparison of rural modernization. Members are also welcome to organize their own seminars, and the conference owner and organizer will provide active assistance.
