On the morning of May 25, the opening ceremony, member congress and keynote report were held in the lecture hall of the fourth comprehensive building of Huazhong Agricultural University. The opening ceremony was presided over by Li Gucheng, Dean of the School of Economics and Management of Huazhong Agricultural University. Wang Yan, deputy secretary of the Party Committee of Huazhong Agricultural University, and Du Zhixiong, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Institute of Rural Development of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, delivered speeches. Wang Yan pointed out that in-depth discussion and exchange of the law of comprehensive rural revitalization, timely summary of China's practical experience, and reference to international advanced concepts are of great significance for promoting the comprehensive revitalization of rural areas. The member congress is presided over by Professor Lu Jie, vice president of the China Foreign Agricultural Economic Research Association and Professor Lu Jie of the School of Economics and Management of Shenyang Agricultural University. Zhong Yu examines China's food security governance from the perspective of the global food crisis, emphasizes that food security is an important part of the modernization of the national governance system, and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve China's food security governance from the theoretical logic, historical logic and practical logic. Yu Aizhi analyzed the impact of trade facilitation on the resilience of China-Africa agricultural trade, and believed that China-Africa agricultural trade is good in the long term but faces risks in the short term, and that trade facilitation can significantly reduce the cost of bilateral trade and help to enhance the resilience of China-Africa agricultural trade. From the perspective of Chinese-style modernization, Ni Guohua analyzed the countermeasures and suggestions to promote the comprehensive revitalization of the countryside from the perspective of common prosperity and future agriculture, and believed that it is necessary to promote the synchronization of high-quality urbanization and economic structural transformation, and reasonably guide capital and technological elements into agriculture to make up for the decline in productivity after the outflow of labor factors.
