Weng Ming: Enlightenment of Rural Administration and System Construction in South Korea

In November 2012, Weng Ming, a member of the Association and a researcher from the Institute of Rural Development of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, visited Qiming University in North Gyeongsang Province, South Korea.
