Notice of "the belt and road initiative" Agricultural Cooperation Seminar in 2025
1. Conference Themes
the 2025 "Belt and Road" agricultural cooperation seminar will be held in Shihezi, Xinjiang, which has the reputation of "Gobi Pearl" and "Military Reclamation City" from July 16 to 18, 2025. The purpose of this seminar is to conduct extensive and in-depth discussions on the practical and theoretical issues at the forefront of "Belt and Road Initiative" agricultural cooperation around the new ideas, new problems and new paradigms emerging in the process of agricultural cooperation.
Scope of Topic Selection and Ways of Contributions for 2. Conference
(I) Conference Essay Topic
covers but is not limited to the following:
- agricultural policy and strategic docking, agricultural science and technology exchange and innovation;
- agricultural product market and trade, agricultural investment and enterprise cooperation;
- agricultural resources and sustainable development, agricultural cultural exchange and dissemination;
- brand building of agricultural products and rural revitalization;
- agricultural Reclamation Economy and Agricultural Cooperation
- cotton textile industry and characteristic industry development.
(II) submission method
conference papers are submitted by email, which is csfae@cass.org.cn, and the deadline for submission is June 30, 2025.
The submission format requirements are as follows: Please use PDF format (both in Chinese and English) for submission papers; The subject of the email should be named according to the "name of the author of agricultural cooperation in 2025.
Please put the author's name, unit, title, contact number, mailing address, email address and other information into a separate page and place it on the front page of the paper. In addition to the front page, the rest of the paper should not show the author's relevant information.
The format of the paper refers to the "World Agriculture" style specification.
The submitted papers will be reviewed anonymously by experts, and then the conference group will organize experts to classify and select the papers selected for the conference. It is expected that during the period from July 1 to July 4, 2025, the corresponding author of all selected papers will be sent a letter of invitation.
3. meeting arrangements
(1) Reporting time and place

on the morning of July 18, 2025, keynote speech and round table forum: challenges and responses of international cooperation in agriculture;
on the afternoon of July 18, 2025, the participants left the meeting.
4. conference fees with accommodation and transportation
- this meeting will charge a conference fee, which is 800 yuan per person. The fee covers meals, venues and other related expenses during the conference, while round-trip transportation and accommodation expenses are borne by the participants themselves.
- The meeting will arrange pick-up service at Urumqi airport, and the railway station will not arrange pick-up service for the time being.
