The Reform Course, Basic Experience and Deepening Path of Market-oriented Allocation of Rural Factors in China
Over the past 40 years of reform and opening up, the reform of market-oriented allocation of rural factors in China has gone through three stages: giving farmers the right to allocate land and labor independently, relaxing restrictions on the flow of factors and invigorating idle resources and assets, and the level of market-oriented allocation of rural factors has been significantly improved. it has not only promoted the development of agriculture and rural areas, but also promoted the process of industrialization and urbanization in China, and accumulated valuable experience for building a more perfect system and mechanism of factor market-oriented allocation. In view of the problems existing in the market-oriented allocation of rural elements in China, such as insufficient activation of resources and assets, poor flow of factors across urban and rural areas and regions, and insufficient protection of rural property rights, it is suggested that we should continue to do a good job in the revitalization, flow and protection of resource elements, so as to lay a solid institutional foundation for building a high-standard market system and promoting high-quality economic and social development.
