this provides a buffer for this year's soybean production due to the huge production of soybeans harvested in South America last winter and the United States this summer. In other words, only severe weather problems in South America will lead to a tightening of global soybean supply next spring.

According to the report, even based on conservative production forecasts, soybean stocks in the United States, Brazil and Argentina will still reach 0.1586 billion tons on March 1, 2014. Although this is lower than the record high of 0.1776 billion tons in the same period, this inventory level is still at an all-time high.

The United States, Brazil and Argentina account for more than 80% of global soybean production and exports.

The report added that if the weather is normal in the next few months, the expectation of high soybean yield in South America, and the large volume of US soybean and soybean meal export contracts, it will put negative pressure on soybean prices.
