Analysis Forecast: Global Soybean Ending Stocks in 13/14 or Down

the U.S. Department of Agriculture will release its April supply and demand report on Wednesday (April 9). According to a Dow Jones survey of analysts from 13 industry institutions, analysts on average expect the report to show a global soybean ending inventory of 70.3 million tons in 2013/14, lower than the USDA's forecast of 70.64 million tons last month, but far higher than the last year's ending inventory of 57.79 million tons.

Analysts' forecasts range from 68.9 million to 71.9 million tons. The farm futures magazine (Farm Futures) has the lowest forecast and the commodity company has the highest forecast.
