WASHINGTON, April 7: The U.S. Department of Agriculture will release its April supply and demand report on Wednesday (April 9). According to a Dow Jones survey of analysts from 12 industry institutions, analysts on average expect the report to show a global corn ending inventory of 0.1579 billion tons in 2013/14, lower than the USDA's forecast of 0.15847 billion tons last month, but far higher than the last year's ending inventory of 0.13467 billion tons.

The forecast range of 12 institutional analysts ranges from 0.1565 billion tons to 0.15916 billion tons. Polaris has the lowest forecast value and Zaner Agricultural Preservation has the highest forecast value. (Source: Boyi Master)
