On April 3, "Science and Technology Daily" published an interview with researcher Zhu Lizhi, director of the Resources and Environmental Economic Research Office, under the title "Zhu Lizhi's Value Cycle Theory.

Researcher Zhu Lizhi put forward the theory of value cycle based on a large number of agricultural circular economy practices. The main point of view of the value cycle theory is reflected in three aspects: first, the theory believes that the core of the circular economy is that the material units within the economic system go through the production process many times to achieve circular value-added, the theory holds that the guarantee of circular economy is to use the value chain to pull the material unit to establish a smooth circulation channel. He emphasized that every economic system should not only create value, but also pay attention to the value cycle. Economic systems can create greater value with the same resources through multiple cycles of value-added internal material units.
