Forum on Developing Modern Agriculture and Special Draft of World Agriculture
In September 2023, General Secretary Xi Jinping presided over a symposium on promoting the comprehensive revitalization of the Northeast in the new era in Harbin, Heilongjiang Province and delivered an important speech, pointing out that "it is necessary to focus on the development of modern agriculture and accelerate the modernization of agriculture and rural areas." it provides a fundamental basis for promoting agricultural and rural modernization in Northeast China.
