The 8th China Annual Conference on Development Economics

after discussion and decision by the Council of the Development Economics Research Branch of the China Foreign Economic Theory Research Association, the 8th China Development Economics Annual Conference will be held at the Northern University for Nationalities in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region from July 12 to 13, 2014. Report on July 11 and hold meetings all day from 12 to 13.
The annual meeting was jointly organized by the North University for Nationalities and the Economic Development Research Center of Wuhan University. At the opening ceremony of this annual meeting, the "Third Tan Chongtai Development Economics Scholarship Award Ceremony" will be held ".
The theme of this annual meeting is "Development Economics and Economic Development in the Midwest", with the following sub-topics:
(1) The transformation of the economic development mode in the central and western regions;
(2) Challenges and countermeasures of economic development in the central and western regions;
(3) Research on financial support in the New Silk Road Economic Belt;
(4) New urbanization in the central and western regions:
(5) Sustainable economic, social and ecological development in the western region;
(6) Deepening the reform of the market system and the transformation of government functions in the central and western regions
(7) The relationship between leapfrog development and environmental protection in the central and western regions
(8) Integration of urban and rural development and land transfer in the central and western regions
(9) Coordinated development of regional economy and transformation of economic development mode;
(10) New Industrialization and Urbanization in Central and Western Regions
(11) the theory and policy of the transformation of export-oriented development mode;
(12) China's development path and the theoretical system of development economics with Chinese characteristics.
(13) Frontier theory of development economics
academic members and directors of the Development Economics Branch of the China Foreign Economic Theory Research Association and theoretical and practical workers in the field of development economics in China are welcome to write papers on the above topics, or they can draw up their own topics, with no limit on the number of words. The selected papers will be invited to participate in the conference as official representatives. The conference organization will select the papers. Some outstanding papers will be collected and published. The format is shown in Annex 1. The deadline for writing is June 20, 2014. Please send: Wuhan University Economic Development Research Center.

the presentation of papers for this conference is as follows:
1., except for overseas scholars, manuscripts are generally in Chinese. When submitting, please send an email: cedr@whu.edu.cn the deadline is June 10, 2014.
The first page of the 2. article should include:
(1) Chinese article title;(2) about 200 words of Chinese abstract;(3)3~5 Chinese keywords.
3. manuscripts will be edited in Microsoft Word. Text headings, tables, figures, formulas, and footnotes must be numbered consecutively. The first-level title is centered and the third-class number is 2. by 1.. The second-level title is left flush and numbered with (I), (II) and (III). Other numbers use Arabic numerals. Text with 5 words.
The last page of the 4. article should include:
(1) References (arranged according to the Chinese Pinyin or English alphabetical order of the author's name);
(2) Author's name, mailing address, zip code, contact number and E-mail address.
