abstract

reform is the key to solving the various contradictions and problems facing agricultural and rural development. The essence of rural vitality lies in deepening reform and increasing vitality through reform. To deepen rural reform, we must adhere to and improve the basic rural management system. On the premise of stabilizing the rural land contract relationship, we should cultivate and develop new agricultural management entities, improve the specialization and organization of agricultural production and management, embed farmers into the modern agricultural industry system, and realize the organic connection between small farmers and modern agriculture. To deepen rural reform, the main line is to properly handle the relationship between farmers and land. To this end, it is necessary to deepen the reform of the rural land system and give farmers more land-related rights and interests. The goal of deepening rural reform is to fundamentally eliminate the institutional drawbacks of urban-rural division and realize the integrated development of urban and rural areas by innovating the system and mechanism.
