International Experience Analysis of Dairy Industry Development: Based on the Perspective of Supply Subject

The development of dairy industry in the four major dairy developed countries (regions) of the United States, Australia, New Zealand and the European Union has the following characteristics: first, the main body of dairy farming gradually evolves to the main body of moderate scale, and the developed countries of dairy industry pay attention to the cultivation of excellent dairy varieties and suitable dairy farming environment; second, dairy processing enterprises are gradually integrated in brand building, and the dairy structure has diversified characteristics; the third is not only to establish a sound socialized service organization for the dairy industry, but also to give full play to the role of laws and regulations in guaranteeing the development of the dairy industry. These experiences provide a reference for China to promote the supply-side reform of the dairy industry, realize the transformation and upgrading of the dairy industry, and improve quality and efficiency.
