Research on China's Anti-poverty Strategy for 2035

abstract: In the new development pattern, alleviating relative poverty is an inevitable requirement to promote common prosperity. Facing the goal of achieving more obvious and substantial progress in the common prosperity of all people in 2035, China needs to implement anti-poverty strategies and policy transformations. Relative poverty has the absolute core of the lack of development capacity and opportunities, and there is an obvious relative deprivation of the level of development relative to the general social group. Based on this, this paper puts forward a multiple relative poverty standard system composed of four types of standards, as well as the corresponding three objectives of alleviating relative poverty. China should implement the "three pillars" strategy, conventional strategy, differentiation strategy and phased strategy to alleviate relative poverty. Under the new national governance strategy, relative poverty governance should be regularized, and relative poverty alleviation strategies can be embedded in rural revitalization strategies and shared prosperity development strategies.
