Promoting Rural Revitalization and Building an Agricultural Power

the report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed to comprehensively promote rural revitalization and accelerate the construction of an agricultural power, which provided a program of action for the "three rural" work in the new era and new journey of our country. The proposal of agricultural power has important theoretical significance and policy guidance. The construction of a powerful agricultural country needs to be implemented through solid promotion of rural revitalization, and the inherent requirements for the "five major revitalization" are put forward. To speed up the construction of a powerful agricultural country and promote the "five major revitalization", we should base on the national conditions and agricultural conditions, improve the interactive system and mechanism of urban and rural population, promote the process of urbanization, strengthen the ability of agricultural science and technology and strengthen the support of modern science and technology, build a modern agricultural system and promote the high-quality development of agriculture, develop and strengthen the new rural collective economy, and enhance China's global agricultural competitiveness and influence.
