abstract
new quality productivity is the fundamental driving force for high-quality development. Agricultural new quality productivity has not only the general characteristics of new quality productivity, but also the particularity of imbalance, the duality of development and protection, the prerequisite of resource endowment and the diversity of innovation subjects. The development of China's agricultural new quality productivity has a certain foundation, but factors such as factor mismatch, imbalance of production relations, insufficient human capital, resource and environmental constraints, and conflict of ideas pose challenges to the promotion of agricultural total factor productivity. Accelerating the green transformation of agriculture, comprehensively deepening rural reforms, unblocking both domestic and foreign markets, insisting on equal emphasis on technology research and development and application, building a new agricultural management system, and improving the training of new quality talents will help stimulate the potential of new quality agricultural productivity.
