abstract
reducing food loss is an important way to achieve sustainable development and ensure food security, and the construction of food post-production service system is the key link to reduce food loss. Based on the analysis of the current situation and problems of China's grain post-natal service development, this paper combs some experiences and practices of the three typical countries of the United States, Canada and Japan in the development of grain post-natal services, and discusses its enlightenment and mirror to the construction of China's grain post-natal service system in the light of the actual situation in China. The results show that the full commercial operation of the food industry chain is the cornerstone of the United States and Canada to build a complete food post-natal service system, and the advanced technology of grain loss reduction in the whole industry chain and the cooperation and coordination mechanism between the government, enterprises and farmers are the key to the operation of its food post-natal service system. Japan, while introducing advanced technology, has constructed a well-defined and standardized food post-natal service system built by the government, this effectively guarantees farmers' income from growing grain. Based on this, this paper further puts forward the countermeasures to improve the construction of China's grain post-natal service system.
