abstract

the innovation of agricultural management mode is an important driving force to accelerate the cycle of modern agriculture. The dynamic evolution of small farmers is the core and key to understand the innovation of agricultural management mode, which contains the four logic of empowering small farmers and old and weak farmers, standardizing new business entities, building agricultural management system efficiently and optimizing and upgrading the three-dimensional composite management system. As the organization carrier of the dual structure form of "small farmer service subject", agricultural production trusteeship has the functional characteristics of openness, inclusiveness, flexible extension and overall integration. The internal logic of agricultural production trusteeship to promote the innovation of agricultural management mode lies in the generation mechanism of flexible and diversified service, the dynamic mechanism of centralized and continuous scale, and the incentive mechanism of intensive and efficient organization, which can bring diversified business subjects and service subjects into the three-dimensional compound management system, and promote the transformation of single and flat small agriculture concentrated on cultivated land management to multi-functional, open and comprehensive modern large agriculture, it is the key to the new agricultural production relationship to better adapt to the new quality of agricultural productivity. Accordingly, we should make clear the strategic thinking of agricultural production trusteeship to promote the innovation of agricultural management mode from five aspects: improving the professional service ability of agricultural production trusteeship, cultivating the endogenous power of service subject, strengthening the construction of service standard system, promoting the application and popularization of service platform, and strengthening the innovation of service organization system.
