The Reform Course, Basic Experience and Deepening Path of Market-oriented Allocation of Rural Factors in China
Over the past 40 years of reform and opening up, the level of market-oriented allocation of rural factors in China has been significantly improved, which has not only promoted the development of agriculture and rural areas, but also promoted the process of industrialization and urbanization in China, and accumulated valuable experience for the construction of a more perfect system and mechanism of market-oriented allocation of factors. In view of the problems existing in the market-oriented allocation of rural elements in China, such as insufficient activation of resources and assets, poor flow of factors across urban and rural areas and regions, and insufficient protection of rural property rights, it is suggested that we should continue to do a good job in the revitalization, flow and protection of resource elements, so as to lay a solid institutional foundation for building a high-standard market system and promoting high-quality economic and social development.
