this paper mainly understands the goal and task of consolidating and expanding the achievements of poverty alleviation from the perspective of stable poverty alleviation of the poverty-stricken population, rapid income increase of the long-term low-income population and shared prosperity and development. Consolidating the results of poverty alleviation is its basic task, and preventing the return to poverty and new poverty is its bottom line task, it is necessary to establish a precise poverty alleviation policy exit transformation mechanism, and establish a long-term relief mechanism from poverty. Expanding the results of poverty alleviation is its subjective task, including not only expanding existing poverty alleviation measures and carrying out assistance to the critical poor, but more importantly, exploring the transformation of anti-poverty strategy. This paper points out that the goal of transformation is to establish a long-term low-income population sharing prosperity development strategy. Based on this, this paper puts forward the two-stage arrangement and the basic idea of convergence in the transition period of consolidating and expanding the achievements of poverty alleviation.
