Under the influence of the new crown pneumonia and the persistent uncertainty of the world situation, it is a great challenge to carry out international agricultural exchanges and cooperation and promote agricultural trade, which affects the security of China's agricultural industry and food security. Agricultural cooperation in Northeast Asia is an important part of China's agricultural cooperation with foreign countries.
