Farmers' Participation in Agro-ecological Transformation: Expected Benefits or Policy Incentives?Expected benefits and policy incentives are two important aspects that affect farmers' participation in agro-ecological transformation. Estimation of agricultural labor force quantity and labor productivity in ChinaThrough the construction of the analysis framework, it is estimated that the number of agricultural labor force employment in 2016 is 130.32 million, equivalent to 60.6 per cent of the China Rural Statistical Yearbook (2017). On this basis, the calculation of agricultural labor productivity in 2016 is US $7476.5, which is 40.4% more than the World Bank (US $5325.8), indicating that my country's agricultural labor productivity is largely underestimated.
